Elizabeth M. Durkin

Ms. Durkin has considerable commercial real-estate experience and represents either the purchaser or seller in the acquisition, financing and land-use approvals of real property in New Jersey, inclusive of handling 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. She also represents institutional lenders in multiple types of transactions. Moreover, she has represented, and continues to represent, municipal land-use boards. Ms. Durkin also has extensive experience in assisting clients with their estate planning, inclusive of inter vivos and testamentary trusts, as well as estate administration. She has represented executors, trustees and beneficiaries in litigated matters. Further, Ms. Durkin has extensive experience in the horse industry and on all equine-related issues. She lectures on equine liability issues.
